Internet Sales Director Foothills - 2006 to Present  

    Coordinate sales teams and organize customer information. Manage relationships with lead resources and staff. Investigate and analyze ways to better reach clients. Create a web presence and a positive link between customers, staff, and service centers. Organize internal and external communication of our staff to increase sales and fiscal efficiency. Use presentation techniques and various forms of media to ensure customer loyalty standards of a gold cup and president’s award winning business are achieved. Awarded Sales Employee of the month over 30 times for our dealership in 7 years and received a national award by Mazda Mavericks for Mazda North America 2014.

 

Graduate Student Instructor Eastern Washington University - 2012 to 2013

    Applied theories of organizational communication to fulfill requirements to complete a leadership certificate. Designed curriculum for speech communication classes. Assigned clear objectives to develop student’s skills for public presentations, small group communication, and interpersonal communication. Supervised testing, grading, and achievement of the application of communication theories leading to successful completion of core requirements for our students. Maintained high student instructor ratings. Completed course work in communication theory, organization, marketing, and technology instruction. Successfully conducted research and defended a thesis on the perceived usefulness of cell phones from a child’s perspective.

 

Internet Operations Manager Appleway / Autonation Corporation - 2005 to 2006

  Managed and organized sales leads and an online inventory using efficient business communication. Internally and externally connected clients and staff. Developed best practices for sales teams and our staff to capture leads and implement sales strategies to increase sales and productivity for our company.   Organized and led employees to manage daily tasks resulting in happy customers and increased sales. Inspected in-home installations for quality. Conducted interviews. Trained staff on proper application of emerging technology and electronics. Assisted in developing customer service procedures, theft investigations, theft prevention, and organized staff training on safety and security. Completed a research case study for my senior capstone for Eastern Washington University and Best Buy Co, which led to increased sales productivity. Collected, organized, and disseminated TS/SCI classified information and materials for special operations units and command staff. Trained and led Marines. Conducted SIGINT operations including tactical collection and analysis of real-time enemy signals and electronic warfare. Organized briefs as an intelligence systems chief. Provided security for joint special operations as a Special Security Officer and Analyst on a Radio Recon team.
